The firm was established in 1978. The partners, Ronald DeFilippis, Margaret Moratz, Joseph Velocci, Glenn Thurnes, Stuart Wagner and Thomas M. Dempsey form the stable hub of a vital firm, supported by outstanding professionals in several specialized areas.

Our Randolph and Sparta, NJ, locations are conveniently centered in the New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania greater metropolitan area from which we draw many of our clients. But our client base extends across the country, including Florida and California and states in between and to Europe as well.
